Poor experience – would not use again

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience through ClickMechanic.

Shortly after the service, the brake pads started making noise, which was concerning given that the brakes had just been worked on.

During the service, the mechanic also left the vehicle for over 15 minutes to go and collect supplies, and in total was only with the car for around 45 minutes. A significant amount of that time appeared to be spent completing the service report. Based on the amount of time spent on the actual vehicle, I was left with serious concerns about whether the service checklist had been properly followed through.

I was also quoted £900 for an AC compressor replacement including labour. I decided to get the same repair carried out elsewhere, where I paid £626, meaning I saved £274 compared with the quote I was given.
