Bradley called ahead to provide an estimated arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, identifying the likely issue even before carrying out the diagnostic test on the engine management system. The diagnostic results confirmed his assessment exactly.

He then narrowed down the fault and carried out a test drive to ensure the engine management light was no longer appearing. Bradley also took photos of the diagnostic report and shared them with me, which demonstrated his honesty and transparency throughout the process.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided and would not hesitate to contact Bradley again in the future if needed.

The job was performed on time, so far the clutch seems to function well, after some initial flooring of the clutch pedal which require pulling up back into position. It seems to be working as should.

Bradley was polite and was explicite in his descriptions of the task with supporting sequential photos, a half time update was welcoming to know the job was under way.

The lack of identification on arrival did tax my trust somewhat as I had no idea where the car was to be taken to, but it was all well in the end.
