Dynasty was very thorough, noticed a number of issues with the car and helped describe them to the seller. The seller agreed to fix them all! He took the time to explain them to me along with their severity, and responded to a message I sent him afterwards. I found this mechanic knowledge of my car excellent and was very good and explaining but sadly the diagnostic I had done with another click mechanic on Tuesday was wrong and the problem still exists so I can't not say overall my experience with click mechanic good as I have paid out over 200 hundred pounds and I still have a problem with my car

I needed am emergency replacement water pump fitted as I was off on holiday the next day , my local garage was fully booked as were all other garages I contacted. First time I have ever used Click Mechanic who I thought were excellent every part of the process was simple and carried out to a high standard. The mechanic was very good and no complaints at all , the only downside was the cost £60 more than the RAC mobile mechanic but they were unable to offer their service on the day required so a small price to pay .
