The pickup, work done and return of my car was fine. I didn’t appreciate the extra cost I had to pay for recovery which wasn’t anticipated.

Mohammed was not only experienced, calm, and thorough in his inspection, but also highly professional throughout the process. Despite the seller asking questions during the inspection, he remained impartial and did not share any of his findings to him. Instead, he carefully took notes and provided a detailed feedback to us privately, explaining everything clearly and offering valuable advice spanning from interior , exterior, engine, tyres transmisison etc that helped us make an informed decision. Dyno was very knowledgeable and thorough when he carried out my air conditioning check today. He was later than the agreed time slot, but he did communicate with me to explain so that I was prepared for this and not left waiting.
