Kagan was brilliant! Arrived dead on time, really courteous with great pre visit communication. Spent a good 3 hours giving my Mini Cooper S a well overdue thorough service and new rear brake pads. Went through all the work that he carried out, and gave me excellent advice on maintenance moving forward. Also advice on purchasing a new first car for my son, which was really appreciated! Overall largely unhappy with the experience. The car was booked in for a Timing Chain Replacement and a Service, and this work was completed to a good standard. However there were other issues that made this an overall bad experience. The car booked in to be collected on Wednesday morning between 8 and 10, and returned the same day in the afternoon / evening. But the car was collected late (around 11:30) and on Wednesday night I received a text that there was an issue sourcing the correct tool for the job, and they were hoping to have the car ready to be returned on Thursday. Then on Thursday I recieved a call, and it was the same story again, and they were hoping to return the car on Friday. On Friday I didn’t hear anything from the garage at all until I rang them to check how they were getting on around 5pm (I called the 3 numbers I had for them) but there was no answer. At around 6:30pm I received a call saying the job was finished and the car would be returned on Saturday. So in total the return of the car was delayed 3 separate times. Once the car was returned, it became clear that the car wasn’t fully taken care of when it was in possession of the Garage. The electronics in the drivers side door no longer work (including central locking, electric windows and mirror adjustment). And where my phone holder was connected to my air vent (a standard type of holder), the phone holder had been removed forcefully as the air vent was broken (the plastic was literally snapped). Unfortunately neither of these two things were communicated to me, and only discovered after the car was returned and the mechanic / driver had left. It has to be said that I’ve not chosen to persue these issues being fixed by the garage, as I don’t live close by, and it’d be more hassle than it’s worth. So I can’t speak for how they would / did react when they found out about these issues, as I didn’t want to take them further.

Andy was brilliant, he communicated well and kept me updated on when he was arriving. He was very honest about what work needed doing and didn't try and upsale any unnecessary repairs. He was clearly knowledgable and experienced in his field of work. I would reccomend Andy to anyone looking for a mechanic.
