Terrible, to start with he was late. I wanted clutch replaced which was quoted around £300, not bad. However then tried to charge me £450 for replacing cv boot and ball joints because he had snapped the bolt on one. That’s not a £450 job. Seemed to me like it was never the intention to do the clutch just do jobs that around it to make money. Attitude went from professional to using terrible slang and then when he dropped the car back didn’t say a word, basically threw the keys at me.

I did not meet Kami, as he visited the van I plan to buy at its current owner's address. However, he called me before arrival with an ETA which was really helpful. He also called me after the inspection providing a very detailed and thorough report and overview of the inspection - faults, findings, estimated costs and an opinion of the van in general and buying consideration I had not thought of before. Kami was excellent. I would highly recommend him and the Click Mechanic service.

Good communication, kept me updated throughout the work on the car, good use of photos and videos to show me what work was being completed. I would use again.

Mihai called me 2 hours before the confirmed slot to see if he could collect the car earlier, which was good as it meant that the car fixed earlier. He got his colleague to collect my car and fixed it away in their garage. Once the car was returned, I was shown photos of them replacing the water pump and the cambelt to prove that they actually replaced them. They also brought the old parts with them which I think is great, as there are many stories going around with dodgy garages that don't actually change the parts. Overall I'm very happy and I would use them again.

Blaize was very friendly, very thorough and answered all my questions. He's done a great job at giving the car I wanted a full inspection and managed to find a few little issues that the seller will fix.
