Simon Morgan did not diagnose the issue correctly.
He diagnosed a faulty alternator. This could have cost me £630 or more.

The mechanic who was going to fit a new alternator for me today has said there is nothing wrong with the current alternator and that it is something else draining my battery.

I would like a refund or a different mechanic to re attend to properly diagnose the fault with no more cost to me.

He did also recommend some other repairs and a service that will need to be carried out in the near future, and he gave us a time frame for how long it would be before they really became urgent, which was very helpful.
