He was very good at telling me what he was doing, but not sure he knew BMWs very well. I’m still left with a cat that won’t start - big waste of money really. No response to my texts regarding spare part.

My mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and went above and beyond. His advice was very useful. He clearly explained issues in layman terms and was so generous with his time.
