On time, friendly, good communications and did a good job. How much detail do you need?

Happy with the mechanic and happy with the work. Turned up on time and the work was completed in the time frame agreed.

James was great and friendly he was a bit late because of traffic but apart from that. He did an excellent work.

Azhar provided a very comprehensive report to help us decide on the potential purchase of a used campervan by private sale. It will be really useful to inform our decision.

They take the time to walk you through the repairs and go beyond to advise on items they’ve spotted for future. I will be using these guys again. 5 stars!

Iftikar arrived in good time however, arriving in a taxi and having no tools to carry any work out did not give a good impression. He thinks he knows what the issue is but couldn’t be sure. I think £90 for this service was astronomical and will not be using it again.

Tim diagnosed my BMW and found the solenoid had gone on the starter motor. Quite relieved to find out the engine hadn’t seized. He guided me through what he was doing and was really helpful all the way through.

Friendly, but very, very late, would have appreciated more communication and I told him this and he apologised.

Absolutely spot on! Found Jamie on ClickMechanic, he came out after I had finished work to have a look at the car. Managed to diagnose the problem and book me in for a driveshaft replacement a couple of days later. Came to my work to fix the issue and within an hour it was all done. Can’t thankyou enough. Would definitely recommend!!
