Stephen was very good replacing my old 2007 BMW 325i Cabriolet car battery with a new Start-Stop guaranteed battery (which is heavy and awkward to fit sideways in this car models boot and also needs registering to the car computer) Weather had been awful so did not want to drive it to a battery seller to be installed.
