Great mechanic. He did arrive just within the last minute of the 2 hours specified and solved my issue very rapidly. Could be quicker on sms communications. I would ask him again if I ever need further help with my EV.

Swift Car Care were great, they arranged for my car to be collected at a time convenient for me (even though this was late in the evening) and found the issue very promptly. This was after I had been told by another garage that there was no issue. I was kept updated throughout the process and was informed of the extra cost before the work was carried out. The only small niggle is that on the final day I was expecting them to call in the morning after keeping the car overnight to check for leaks but didn't receive a call until late afternoon. This didn't cause me any problems though and the car was returned me to that evening.

Mechanics were great, job took a little longer than expected so left me with a courtesy car so I could get to work the next day. Once my car was done it was delivered to me at work all in great condition.

Gordon was extremely friendly, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Work was done very fast, and even gave me lots of advice for upcoming MOT's and work to be done.

Ashley was punctual and very polite. I did offer refreshments but these were respectfully declined. The work was carried out proficiently and I am more than pleased with the results. Ashley picked up another issue relating to the brakes and his quoted for the work which I will be proceeding with.
