He was transparent and communicated very well. He did the job so well and fast, I was shocked.

The main repair was to replace the clutch on my Punto. This was completed on the nominated day. I also paid for a vehicle health check, and I'm glad I did. They found issues not found in a recent mot (which it passed) and I agreed to this extra work. This solved recent knocking and window wiper problems. Although they were a little late in picking the car up for this second repair this may have reflected my poor IT skills and not seeing updated comments. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, quality of work and cheerful attitude of the staff. Thanks.

Brilliant service, turned up early and took away, friendly guy who asked if anything else needed looking at as well. Picked up drove off sensibly, and dropped off in same condition so happy.

(AVOID - AVOID - AWFUL) Needed vehicle fixed for work which the mechanic knew, instead I ended wasting the whole day, money for them to inspect the vehicle and then money on a Taxi to get to work because they left my car unfixed. They took the initial amount for the inspection (luckily not very much) then became pushy for cash to cover parts and labour (larger amount of money) I refused and gave them a chance by offering to pay by card, I submitted the amount via the website and again the mechanic then became pushy about now being charged commission and how I would need to pay the commission on top of the costs of the parts and labour. Cheeky boogers, I got my car back and will pay extra for a proper company to carry out the work, language barrier also.
