Mechanic was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about, he diagnosed the issue but had no tools with him to try and rectify the problem. Told me what to do next but I'm not a mechanic the whole point was to try and have the issue fixed for me.

Due to issues collecting other vehicles the morning my repairs were to be done, the collection of the car was delayed - however this was well communicated from the garage as to why and that they were on the way, but would be delayed. I got the car back in a timely manner after all work was completed and the car is driving very well afterwards too, so I would have no issues with using Jamie’s garage again for other work in the future
