Mechanic didn't have a clue what he was doing. Car had an electrical problem, that he diagnosed as a flat battery. Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT USE. Referred to "Resolution Centre" which is just your mechanic telling you the same thing.

Arrived 1 hour late and didn't even consider calling me to say he was going to be late. Car was returned to me 3 hours late without any information about diagnostic. When I queried this morning, I was told that the mechanic would send a report, but instead I got a quote only. Please let me know how I can request a refund.

Bogdan explained me about the issue with our Mini Countryman where crankshaft pully was damaged, he also suggested about changing the belt as it was severely degraded. Work was fantastic, car runs great again
