Micheal was on time right in the middle of the window. Brakes were sorted in half an hour (even though it was raining) The only thing that he told me was I was due an oil service soon but on plugging in my BimmerLink after he’d gone it turned out to be a brake reset which I did and it’s been great since. I would definitely recommend and use clickmechanic again without doubt.

Antony was very efficient and helpful, got my battery replaced and car started in no time and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what had been done and what the problem was.

Mechanic arrived within the designated window and called beforehand. MOT and Service were carried out within the day. Van collected at 10.00 am and returned by half past 2. Arrangements were also made to follow up on the two minor issues from the MOT. So happy with the work undertaken.

The mechanic Michael was very helpful and gave use some good advice and was even good enough to help after the inspection with advice about parts that were ment to be done by the dealership before we came and got the car so it wasn’t just good advice we probably saved money for something that would’ve needed fixed and could’ve been dangerous so a would definitely recommend him

Everything was done well, on time, and explained well. Kyriacos himself came to pick it up and drop it off, explain the diagnosis, and he called in between to discuss the issue and the drop off timing.

Zia was excellent. Not only knowledgeable but diligent and cared that the car was perfect and in good working order. After repairing the car the battery was flat so he came back 3 hours later, in the evening, to jump start the car to make it road worthy. He went above and beyond providing a real 5 star professional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vehicle was picked and safely on pick up, and returned safe, but one small issue with oil leak, and was sorted next day, with new seals,with no extra charge. Sorry late reply, vehicle running well. Thank you

The clutch was replaced and the car now feels better to drive than it has in ages. I'm very happy with the quality of Bogdan-Florin's work.
