This is the first time I've used Clickmechanic and I was impressed. Vipul turned up promptly and was courteous, polite an professional. It was obvious that he knew BMWs inside out and the job (a wheel bearing replacement on an X3) turned out to more comprehensive than expected, but he just got on with it with no complaints. Richard was brilliant, he came to do repairs on my car, he showed me the new parts that were going on, and how they worked, he also showed me the parts that he took off and showed me the wear and tear which was the problem. Car has been running great since so a big thank you to Richard.
