Mark contacted me first thing in the morning to check everything was on for collection in the agreed time slot, and arrived shortly after to take the vehicle away. This was my Vauxhall Astra having the full cam belt kit auxiliary belt and water pump replaced and despite me expecting them to probably keep the vehicle overnight I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see it delivered back by 5:30 in the evening. Incredible service, very impressive! They even took a whole bunch of photos of different stages of the job and showing parts replaced, which I hadn't ask for but appreciated the extra effort they went to, to show what work they did. I was also very impressed with the cost, quite a bit less than a few quotes I had received for the exact same work, so I would absolutely recommend A1 Autos and will definitely request this company when booking again in future, especially when needing this kind of critical and complex work carried out.

James was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable in finding out what the problem was and gave me great advice on how to proceed in getting any further help I may need.

Henry arrived within the arranged time slot, and quickly got on with replacing the rear brake cylinders. Despite the very cold weather and less than favourable work conditions, due to the car being parked in the road, he was upbeat and positive, and had everything finished within a relatively very short time and all working perfectly again. Couldn't be happier and I would definitely use Henry for similar work in future. I would recommend this mechanic.
