First time I have used this service but I am really impressed. I had an interim service, I also asked Dan to check what the knocking was on my car and he kindly took pictures to show the issue. I have now booked in for the further repair work which I think was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Dan in the future and recommending to others.

Replaced thermostat and left the car with a coolant leak as didn’t put one of the hoses back correctly. Kept fobbing me off that he’ll return but didn’t. Left me with an unusable car for over a week. I had to raise dispute with ClickMechanic as Mechanic started saying it’s their problem. Clearly doesn’t know his own agreement with CM and expected them to resolve the leak. Dishonest and unprofessional person, eventually a refund issued thanks to CM. However I will think twice before using CM again.

This was my first experience using click mechanical, and I can say I was very impressed. My mechanic Kai arrived at the time stated. He explained how long he was going to be. He did an excellent job and was really friendly. Would definitely recommend and will book again.
