What a great service, thought I was asking a lot for a same day visit the day after boxing day but simply
booked online and within an hour got an email acknowledging my booking and what time the engineer would arrive and that was it
The engineer attending was a really nice fella. obviously new his stuff and took the time to explain what the mystery appeared to be and that was it, car fixed

Mohammad replaced two rear brake wheel cylinders for me and did an excellent job. He is clearly knowledgeable, and I will definitely reach out to him for future work.

Mohammed was great, friendly and professional and advised other things to do with my car.

Whilst the mechanics were on time and seemingly worked efficiently it became apparent that the car had not been tested before they left as the auto hold would not release and ii am now using the vehicle with the manual handbrake.

Mohamed arrived only slightly after estimated time due to getting lost. I was amazed when he said he was going to the job there and then, albeit somewhere "round the corner" ( I have no drive). I had expected him to take it away. It was a freezing cold evening after snow. Temperature below freezing. Couldn't believe that replacing the clutch would only take around 2 to 2.5 hours. returned the car in about that time. Brilliant. Very nice man too.
