Car was collected at 0945 yesterday and returned at 1830 with new clutch installed. I expected to be without the car over the New Year. Friendly - yes. Knowledgable -yes. I am delighted with the whole operation. As I said before I am 87 and suspicious of on -line transactions. Everything happened when you said it would happen - noone could ask for more.

The mechanic was very friendly and I was very happy with the work carried out. The car was picked up on time and all work required was clearly informed to me. The car was checked throughout for any other faults and when 2 glow plugs were found faulty these were also advised and replaced. Good service.

Very poor communication except to make excuses for not picking up car on time and then promising it back the next day but taking 7 days to complete the work. Not keeping me updated with what’s happening except to tell me some excuse for it taking longer and terrible customer service skills very rude on the phone and swearing at me.
