They communicated well and the job was done per plan. However , I had to raise a complaint due to my driver door handle and window didn’t work upon pick up. Raised it with the garage. They neither provided me with a plan or what could be done. They got angry with me by saying is not their fault. Disappointed.

He was s as top class guy and went out of his way but my car wasn’t fixed in the end. It seemed to be the spark plugs and the ones he first had weren’t the right ones. So I met him I. The evening where he put the right ones in and then it turned out to be a coil and it was out of working hours to get the part so I had to drive home and my car is in the same state having paid for parts
