Louis was wonderful! He came out promptly and diagnosed the issue. He even sent me a link to the part that needs replacing! His reassurance really lifted my mood. Now we’re just waiting for a follow up service. We hope they’re as great as Louis!

I booked in with ClickMechanic for the first time. This was for my 84 year old Dad's car, to have a clutch replacement. Rahul did a great job, my Dad's car is running perfectly now and he is one happy man again with his Toyota Corolla 2001. I must say these guys are very professional but most of all it was lovely to see just how much respect was given to my Dad, a shake of the hand and politeness goes a long way. He didn’t just focus on the obvious issues but checked everything, making sure nothing was overlooked. After the inspection, he gave me a detailed breakdown of what was wrong, what could be a potential problem later, and what was still in good condition. His transparency and clear communication gave me confidence that I could trust his expertise.

Nightmare to deal with, late collecting the car. On a repair that should have taken a day car was not returned for several days late and it was impossible to contact him. Will not be using again.
