Rob was great, he phoned me a few hours in advance to let me know what time he expected to arrive. He arrived at the time he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue we had with our van. Rob explained everything in detail and also showed us the issues and put our minds at rest that it wasn't what other garages had suggested over the phone. I would definitely use Rob again.

Dave was excellent with the service he provided for my car. I booked him for an oil change, and was very happy with how he handled my car. He was great enough to top off my coolant and advise that my serpentine belt is due to be replaced. I would highly recommend him!

The mechanic was supposed to be Kamran, who had previously done work on my car. He phoned to let let me know approx arrival of his colleague picking the car up. It's a bit cheeky of Clickmechanic to lead a customer to believe a particular mechanic will be doing the work when it's a different person. However, Zayn ( Zain ?- sorry, I didn't ask about the spelling ) was excellent. Friendly, and really good communicator. Rang me about arrival time, texted when it was delayed, did what he said he would do, and gave advice on other work I might want to get done that didn't come within the MOT or service. The only improvement in the service that I would suggest, to do with how it's set up, not this particular mechanic, is that without a stamped service record ( a previous garage lost mine ), there's no record of any work done/checks made under a full service except the air filter, oil filter and engine oil that appears on the Invoice.

William was great , messaged to say my car would be collected at 8 & was back at lunchtime . Very pleased with the work and communications .

Communication was awful, took longer to do the job and charged me more, fixed the problem but did it wrong so my MOT failed. Overall bad experience

Turned up when promised, collected car. Completed service and MOT. Returned car and had a chat about the car. Polite and friendly service. I am happy with the whole process. Thank you.
