Satisfied with outcome of diagnostics but unable to rectify fault. Gave car a checkover

I cannot fault the work that was done, Mohammed was very helpful, pleasant and very polite. The work was excellent and carried out to a brilliant standard. I will certainly use again. Such a friendly efficient service. Will highly recommend.

Mohammed, was good, turned up on time, but communication after the inspection left something to be desired. He did not immediately contact me after the inspection and I had to contact him a number of times to learn how the inspection went. One good point, his inspection showed evidence of a respray job that was done badly, and the garage have agreed to rectify this, so a big thank you to Mohammed for pointing this out. Thank you. I have never had click mechanic before and would never again. I used this service as I thought the work would be completed on my drive. The day before I found out my car was being driven to Birmingham which I never would have agreed too if I had known. I had a call saying my MOT failed both front suspension arm ball joint dust cover were worn. The garage want to charge me nearly £400 for the work as well as adjusting the headlamps. I bought the covers for pence and replaced these myself. If I had no knowledge of vehicles, I would have accepted this. Taking advantage is a word I would use for that garage which I will not recommend nor use again! By the way, my car passed its MOT thanks to quickfit who adjusted my headlamps free of charge!
