James was very nice, polite and friendly. When I booked the call I requested a diagnostic check. I am not sure if he did this, but he seemed to be sure the fault was , the car needed new battery for the key. I had batteries and gave him one. I still am not sure whether he has fixed the fault, because it is an intermittent problem. I did mention when I booked the call that after reading the Meriva manual it appeared to be likely that there was a fault with the immobiliser. I did pay £81 for the diagnostic check - was it done? Emil Was amazing, kept me updated to when he was arriving, gave an honest opinion about what it could be, and kept me updated throughout when he was bringing the car back, no issues since, got me out a really tight spot as needed the car for work by fitting me in.
