I was extremely happy with the gentleman that arrived to fix our car. Clearly very knowledgeable on Landrover and able to diagnose the issue efficiently. I must praise his honestly (which is a valuable commodity in the motor industry) whereby our car needed less work than originally subscribed to. This goodwill brings customers back and I shall use the service again in future.

Luke arrived on time and ready for the job. He was knowledgable and carried out the work promptly and to a great standard. He explained what he had done at the end and was professional throughout, would recommend to anyone.

Great attitude and professionalism from Ugur. Im giving the work 4 starts because I paid 1-2 hours labour for a job that took 40mins. However that obviously isn’t an issue with the mechanic- it just means he was super efficienc. But a reappraisal of the labour charges ,once the work has been done ,would be standard in any other business
