Great communication around appointment change. Work done quicker than expected

He was great. Arrived on time and took my van for a couple of hours and returned once the oil filter and oil changer was done.

Ion, Excellent mechanic, arrived ahead of schedule and did a really good job

Thomas was knoweledgable and honest. However I was disappointed that he could not fix the problem or there was no follow on process to get the vehicle to a recommended garage. I ended up calling the AA out to recover the vehicle and sort a garage out. This could have been done in the fi rst place and saved the cost of 81 pounds.

Did what was asked for nice and quickly. Was a simple job so very quick to complete.

Terrific job again!! This is the second car Kev has done a premium pre-inspection on for me. Based on the inspection report and speaking to him on the phone I decided purchase this car. Twice. Been out to resolve starter motor twice it’s not working waiting on the mechanic for a resolve in this issue not very happy as I need the car for work
