Call said picking car up early about 3.30pm Car was taken, said it would be back by 5pm...called them at 6.30pm said parts were wrong but managed to get the right bit said it was on its way shortly...asked them ro keep me updated.. Still nothing, car turned up at 20.05.. Poor communication
