Yes he is. Actually Michael was called for diagnostic check and the vehicle health check which he has done. He said everything is ok no repairing is required and no parts as well. He advised me if the sign comes up again that will be checked and also advised to use the quality fuel if possible. He is punctual and friendly guy. Explained me well everything
