Connor was great and rescued me after Adam (another clickmechanic) failed to arrive (yet charged me) a few days earlier. Arrived in the designated bracket. Got the job done (drives great now) and did a couple of other jobs that saved me money. Comms from start to finish - even questions a few hours later, all brilliant and professional! Nevzat, carried out a full service and replaced the timing belt plus water pump on my long wheel based transit van. He collected my van on time and kept me informed on the progress throughout the day. When my van was returned to me I was shown the work that was carried out, I would highly recommend Nevzat, to anyone who needs their car/van serviced.

My wife and i share a car and both live full on lives. It takes a lot of coordination for us to send our car to a garage for a day. I chose a car MOT and service which specifically did air conditioning. The mechanic found a leak in the pipe but did not fix it or even send me details of the leak. To deserve 5 stars people in any field of work need to desire to serve their customers.

Person on the phone was friendly but the work carried out/not carried out was very poor. Waiting a full day for a recovery vehicle and then to be told the next morning at 10:50am that the works started then I ring at 4pm and the work actually hadn’t been started yet. The part they ‘replaced’ looks old and doesn’t even look like it’s been changed. The new jobs they found needed doing are questionable aswell. Looks as if they weren’t even touched. They’ve cleared faults from my engine and then they’ve tripped again. They let me leave the garage knowing my car would have the same problems and this problem happened whilst I was on the motorway. A friendly voice on the phone but the work carried out was unacceptable for the money

Really pleased with the service i was given , this is my first time useing clickmechanic and i will use it again.
