5months after my Cambelt was done it was found by an independent Garage to have not had the pulleys, tensioner, or water pump changed and still had the original parts fitted, all that had been done was the belt and this was put on the wrong way round. After lots of discussions ClickMechanic resolution Centre also agreed this had not been done and i should be fully refunded, if you had a cambelt done recommend you get it independently checked.

I’m assuming the mechanic has done a superb job! All seems good to me. Polite mechanic. He informed me of arrival time although I felt after seven and half hours I needed to know when the car would be brought back.

My mechanic was very friendly and informative. Every question I asked through customer services was forwarded onto my mechanic (as there was a delay in sorting out the sign in detail for the dashboard) and he then called me, explaining thoroughly all my concerns. It put my mind at reast.
