The mechanic arrived on time
I requested to see the old parts
On the return of the car I was informed that the old parts had been thrown away by mistake so could not be seen so i know idea if the job was carried out (water pump and cam belt)
When I got into the car later that day I found that the dash cam had been discontinued this does not give me confidence to use them again

The work was never done he collected car an took it away for 24hrs an brought it back after 160 miles saying all done ....I open the bonnet an could clear see the work was not done .. an my mate who is a mechanic said nothing been done ... bloody con merchants took photos an video so you could see for yourselfs your man is a con artist damm him

Thanks for your feedback, as stated to you on the phone, the job could not be completed due to part supplied to us was incorrect. This was all explained to you. We refunded you in full as you did not want to wait any longer and the car was returned to you with the same amount of fuel you gave it to us with. Also if your friend is a mechanic I’d suggest maybe you ask him to do the timing belt? Why would you pay for someone else to do it when you have a mate who is a mechanic. Thank you

My mechanic was friendly and quick, no guarantee or warranty no input into service book so no proof of work carried out . So when I come to sell car I cannot say for definite that cam belt changed. Also my mechanic said he had to go to near Heathrow to do work in garage which is over 30 miles away from my address. When I checked my mileage on 11 miles where added.
