The mechanic was friendly but after returning the car one of the tires were down he told me he will change it but clearly they haven’t . I paid for full service and than paid £180 for works he told me that the car needed including a tire ..

I messaged them didn’t hear anything back .

It would've been a 5 star review but they changed out my reusable performance air filter for a cheap paper one. Even if that is part of the service, I would've liked my expensive one back

Mohammed's communication was spot on, I was kept up to date with vehicle recovery, work status and the plan to return the vehicle once the work was completed.

Friendly and got everything sorted quickly. Communication was great and had updates about times etc

I will just stick to the facts and readers can form own judgement.

1. I paid for full service, they stamped service book with interim service. When I asked the guy who delivered my car, why, he informed me that full service and interim service are the same thing. (I don't know know anything about these things. Maybe they are the same thing)

2. They informed me that my wipers needed changing and my side bulbs. I was charged an additional £100 for this. (Again this might be a reasonable price. I don't know about these things.)

3. I got my car back almost 8 hours after they took it for a service and mot. They changed the wipers and side bulbs. When I asked why it took so long, I was told it was because they had to wait for quality products. (Again maybe it does take a few extra hours to get hold of quality wipers for a Nissan Micra and fit them. I just don't know so I took his word for it.)
