Phoned in advance to tell me he was waiting for the part to arrive but did infact turn up within the time allocated. Polite and informative and did the work in good time. Would definitely recommend.

It is his honesty that showed the most. His knowledge of car mechanics and the personal touch that he inflicts are there as well. We didn't complete the repairs to the vehicle as it would have been throwing money at scrap!

Vasile was brilliant. He was friendly and informative to both myself and my dad. He spent a long time checking the diagnosis of my car, he went above and beyond. I was happy with the work he carried out and even though the diagnosis was not a result we expected he was also great with the advice of the next steps. Very thorough and would definitely recommend him and this whole process again.

Not actually too sure what he did. Firstly he arrived in a normal car and wearing jeans and a t shirt. Not looking like a mechanic/technician. He also had no equipment other than a small diagnostics unit. After about 45 mins he told me that I needed to get the car to a Citroen garage for them to reset my adblu warning light and have them manually clean the DPF and that would likely clear the smell and trouble. I also asked if he could give me a report so I could show the garage what diagnostics he ran and an indicator of the problem. He replied back with I’m busy at the moment I’ll do it this evening (last night). Nothing came over and I have nothing to tell the garage when I get the car there this morning.

Our premium pre-purchase inspection did not pick up the fact the radiator has a crack and now needs replacing , a blown bulb and a chip in the windscreen - not impressed to say the least! However, his communication other than that was spot on and very efficient and friendly, however I'd prefer not to now be faced with massive repair bill

Very happy, they were let down by the motor factors who sent the wrong springs, gave him a name of a supplier who knew what they were talking about. But delayed the repair by a few days, not their fault and once the right part delivered, pulled out the stops to get it back to me.
