my mechanic was Simon, he was very friendly approachable, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He carried out a full service and left my car in great shape. Would recommend.

Excellent service and a very pleasant guy. Not often do I answer the door to a smile. Mick asked about the history of the fault. I left him with it explaining that a local garage had replaced the EGR Valve and hoses. This had solved the problem for a time but the engine light had comeback on not long after. The car had been back to the garage who had been unable to source the problem. Mick went out and found the problem and solved it in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the fault as the EGR vacuum hose not being properly connected. So far so good and the engine management light is still out. Thank you

Yes can't Fault Charlie... would definitely be happy to use again. He went out of his way to source the right part when the parts supplier messed up 3 times. OK he had to come the next day to finish the work but that wasn't his fault.
