William completed the job, clutch replacement on a Ford Focus at a great price compared with a local workshop. His service was and the customer experience was let down by 1) the collection service (flat bed recovery) not collecting the car on the Thursday or Friday as promised. Collected on the Monday, and 2) no communication during the process until the car was fixed, I had to make numerus calls which were unanswered, including text and WhatsApp, All that said, the work was great, when communication was active, William was always upbeat and the price was inline with with what i had expected. Would I use William again = Yes

The mechanic was a nice man , polite and friendly. Other than this he was lacking in experience and knowledge. He got his diagnostic machine plugged in and had to googled what was in the report to explain. Didn’t offer to fix anything as he told me he is just here to diagnose the car and garage is far away!! . He recommended few things to do by myself which is non worked. I’m so disappointed, i have spent 76£ to get it diagnosed and fix and now have to do it all over again!

Yes the guy was friendly and straight to work. He was able to identify the problem but the follow up bill to rectify the fault was a bit high to to the parts involved. I will take my time to raise money before I complete the repair process. In all, I am 100% satisfied

Mark was friendly, helpful and very clear about the problem. This was simpler than it had seemed but he also answered other queries which I had which the symptoms had brought to mind.
