William carried out the MOT and interim service for me, no issues, collected and dropped off the car as arranged. Very easy to arrange, would highly recommend!

William was excellent. He was prompt and very clear on the day's process. I advised him about my brakes feeling a bit spongy. He said that there was nothing wrong with the brakes when he returned my car, but when I checked it the brakes were no longer spongy and were just right. Overall I am very pleased and impressed with the work that William carried out for me.

Willam was friendly not really satisfied with the work as they charge me for a bulb that they didn’t fit also had my car for a long period of time with no communication or update on what was going on can’t keep my steering wheel in the centre as my car fears off the road so not happy with the work but the work they had done they done well .

Was very pleased with the service offered, it turned out I was told by a friend that I needed a job doing which I didn't, so I wrongly booked to have my car repaired when it was something else. William Called me to say it was actually a easier cheaper job to complete with less Labour required, However the small part could not be obtained until the next day. So they/he kept the car, until the job was completed. And with my "bymiles" car insurance I was able to keep track of my car all the time with my tracker installed, and even saw it taken for a test drive :) , I got a refund for the cheaper job, Excellent will use again!.

William completed the job, clutch replacement on a Ford Focus at a great price compared with a local workshop. His service was and the customer experience was let down by 1) the collection service (flat bed recovery) not collecting the car on the Thursday or Friday as promised. Collected on the Monday, and 2) no communication during the process until the car was fixed, I had to make numerus calls which were unanswered, including text and WhatsApp, All that said, the work was great, when communication was active, William was always upbeat and the price was inline with with what i had expected. Would I use William again = Yes.

The team were very good apart from a little difficulty in getting hold of them to check how the work was going. Click Mechanic supplied the wrong waterpump so the job was delayed by a day through no fault of them.
