Very efficient and carried out the work well. Very happy with the service

. I bought my car on July 2024. The car was running fine upon till today. Only thing that needed sorting was my brake and my clutch. But my head gasket of my car is totally failed. My air coolant has been popped off and it started leaking the guy called Ahjay was very nice and very helpful he had sorted the issue out straight away out of his way. I’m just very confused on how it ended up in the situation. Head gasket problems in Ford Focus 2013 T Ecoboost, I think I had a coolant leaking into the combustion chamber, causing white smoke before but Ahjay had sorted it out long term. Nevertheless the car has turned out to be bad luck. I have had White Smoke from Exhaust: This is a major indicator that coolant is entering the cylinders and burning but this might have been the issue in the first place. Which Ahjay Picked up straight away and sorted it but never knew it would be a total right off. I think due to this the engine Overheated : A blown head gasket can lead to overheating as the engine struggles to cool properly This has happened before but previous mechanic lied to me but I had but I had topped it off regardless of the Coolant Loss: A sudden or unexplained drop in coolant was a sign I did not understand

He is a professional and very much informative. He was punctual and informed me before his arrival in time.

The work was carried out satisfactory,,eventually after 2 days from the initial visit. I would expect a mechanic to have the correct equipment to be able to carry out job. I ended up paying a further £25 for a tool to get the locking nut off.

Patson comes across as a gentle softly spoken man. He let me know when he would arrive and responded immediately when I asked when he’d bring the car back. I’ve never sent my car away for servicing before and was a bit anxious about the process but wouldn’t hesitate to use this service, and Patson, again.

Jay was great, and a mention to Ali as well....will use them again to look after my car as service and care was excellent....

Joseph was a great mechanic fixed the issue with great knowledge of the problem and great care of the car. Car was fixed and even provided great advise on longer term care and maintenance. Joseph was equally as cool a person and was a pleasure to have as a mechanic.

Luke was great - turned up read to go and was done alot sooner than expected.

Phil was brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice. I was more than happy with the service Phil provided.

Jacek was very professional and informative and I'd have no problem with recommending him to other people. He is a credit to your organisation. 10 out of 10.

A really professional and efficient service from start to finish. Completed work quickly and diagnosed a secondary issue which needed urgent attention and was happy to fit this work in the same day. Will definitely be my first choice in the future.

Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic for the trouble that needed fixing Needed my old ford's clutch replacing and already my official ford dealership charged nearly double what I was quoted here. Now not only was the car picked up and returned within a few days but I was constantly updated as to developments and even when unexpected additional problems arose with two other related parts, one of which was rush ordered on their own effort from somewhere 2 hours away, was at all stages good natured and put me at ease about the whole situation. Truly exceptional integrity too, for all the additional labour, travel and parts could easily have asked to charge hundreds more for going the literal extra mile but kept the prices as low as they thought was fair (and more so I would say) Properly sorry my car was such a nightmare! But at the very least it gives me the chance to write this review with an informed take on how well they handle even the most adverse situations. No doubt in my mind for most people it will be the most efficient car repair you ever get. Can't say thank you enough Dave
