Connor attended my address on a Saturday afternoon to replace my starter motor. I booked the job on Thursday night, and he got in touch on Friday to introduce himself and confirm the time slot in which he would arrive. He reassured me that the issue I was having, and repair I had requested sounded like they matched up, and the job was straightforward. Connor let me know on the day when he was on his way, and was courteous and professional on arrival . He was able to complete the repair within the anticipated time, and advised me to get in touch if there were any further issues with that job (which there weren't), and inwas able to get on with my Saturday!

The mechanic was friendly and managed to fix the issue. Apologetic when he wasn't able to after the first attempt.

Did not have that much trust in them. Also they arrived late (booked 10-12, arrived 1.40pm.

Very friendly and helpful and pointed out 1 other thing I need to sort out but not urgent. Helped with what I needed to now and what part I need to get. Very happy with service.

My vehicle was collected on Saturday at 10am and taken into the ULEZ which I have to pay. They then called my at 5:30 to say it failed it's MOT but they couldn't quote a price as their suppliers were closed and they would ring me with a quote tomorrow morning. I didn't hear anything and called they at 4 only to be told they weren't open on a Sunday. I called them on Monday and they hadn't made a quote. Finally got a quote in the afternoon which was extortionate but I paid straight away hoping to get my car back yesterday. It finally arrived this afternoon. Rubbish service from them and annoying that click mechanic got me a mechanic in London when I live in Surrey.

Richard text me when he would be coming with a window 11-1pm. Arrived promptly at 11 and new discs and pads took less than an hour. Test drove car and was very prifessional and friendly. I was very happy after being let down by several garages and mechanics prior. Will use again definitely.

Stefan came within the time window booked. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got the car working again in little time. He was quick and efficient! Definitely a very knowledgeable mechanic.
