I purchased the Premium Pre Purchase inspection and ESY Ltd was assigned to my job. The report was comprehensive and communication was very good. However, several issues with the car were not picked up. For example; neither the front or rear parking sensors were functioning, the seller informed me that a part was required so this highlights ESY did not check this function. Additionally, only 3 small dents were marked on the report. This couldn’t be further from the truth, the whole bonnet needed a re-spray due to inadequate paintwork, the headlights where not fixed correctly and there was a deep scratch longer than 3 inches not mentioned. Due to these issues I did not purchase the car. I travelled 3.5 hours there and back without purchasing the car due to the inspection not being up to standard.

Turned up early and explained what work was done. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about.

Friendly. Very Pleased. Showed me what he was doing as he was investigating fault. Explained why the fault had probably occurred and what action to take should the fault re-occur.
