Correy from Apex Tuning was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. He changed front and rear break pads at home quickly and efficiently. The price quoted was cheaper than anywhere else and I'll certainly be using this site again.

Felix was brilliant, we had bought a used zafira b for our holiday to cornwall I knew the cam belt was probably over due. He did a Cambelt, waterpump and oil filter change on my drive. We had some adverse weather so we set up a gazebo for him. Felix and his business partner checked the car for me before leaving I had many questions and nothing was too much trouble. They showed me the replaced bits too as boy was i right they needed changing. Brilliant service very happy car runs beautifully. Thanks to guys at FCG. As a closing remark I fell lucky with these guys as the are vauxhall specialists.

Simon was very friendly and called ahead to let me know his arrival time. Fact we live in slight hill did not faze him. Work completed without fuss.

Jon was very punctual and very helpful. One problem turned into another problem, and took a little longer than it should, but Jon was more than happy to sort it all for me.

I think they did a really good job replacing the clutch and they did upgrade my clutch for free. They found a valve connection needed replacing and sorted that out for me. However the communication was awful. I received a call at 9:30 on Saturday morning saying they would arrive between late which was fine. But then I heard nothing. I called back around 1pm to find out where they were and they advised they would not be able to come and collect it until this afternoon and they can get it back to me by 10am Sunday. I was very annoyed as I had to go out in the afternoon and I needed my car back for Sunday. I just said we'll it's just going to have to do. He then called me back a few minutes later to say he was on his way. He collected and apologised and said he will get it back to me Sunday morning latest 1pm as he knows I need the car by 4pm. Sunday morning came around and he called me at 12:42 to say about the valve and that I would still get my car back this afternoon. I then had to called them just before 4pm to chase what was happening as I haven't heard anything. To then be told they had an issue with the valve and had to go and get another one. I was rather annoyed as no one had kept me in the loop and I needed the car by 4. I called them again at 18:58 to chase my car and I was told again that I would get it back that day afternoon. I heard nothing and called them again at 21:11 to chase and I was told they were just checking everything over and that would be around half an hour. I was thinking okay I will leave it an hour and they should arrive unless they call me. They also told me I wouldn't have to wait up and they can post the key. I was not happy with that and told them no I will be staying awake until I have the keys in my hand. At 22:48 I received a call to say they were outside. I was really annoyed by this point as I had workt he next morning early and I missed out on plans for Sunday. The garage did a good job on the car however not communicating with me really made me frustrated and I was disappointed with the service provided.

Did the job quickly and arrived on time. Had a gadget to start my car with a flat battery without jumper cables.

Bit late picking up the car but they phoned when they were on their way. Service was then good and and the work was carried out well.

Need an urgent oil filter & oil change, Sam kept me updated with his arrival, clearly knowledgable and explained the process before commencing works. Job carried out within an hour of arrival. Very satisfied.
