List of problems

1. Arranged collection for 10am via click mechanics. He decided he needed to pick up at 8am. Some excuse about staff shortages and he needed to pick it up early to ensure i would get it back the same day 😂

2. I rung at 4.30 to see what was happenimg with my car. Was told they hadn't even started on it yet and it would be the next day. Would get it back dinner time the following day.

3. So 4.30 on day 2 I rang them to see where my car was. Was told it will be dropped off at the end of the day. But at 5.30pm I got a call to say my car was still in bits on the ramp and every one had left and it would be done by dinner time the next day and would be fetched back to me. Also gave another excuse of "the wrong part was sent and even more staff shortages"

4. At 1.30pm on the 3rd day i rung them 3 times and each time i rang it was cut off after 2 rings. And then promptly got a tex message to say my car would be dropped off at 4pm. I sent a reply back saying i wouldnt be in and to leave the car on the drive and to post my key in the letter box. When i returned home at 4.30pm the car was still not on the drive. Car was eventually brough back at 5.30

This is beyond poor service. Especially when i rely heavily on my car due to a pain disorder. I also had to cancle plans and appointments

3 days to fit a clutch is totally unacceptable

They did well pick was on time no complaints. Mot was good the drop was good really happy

Needed a wheel bearing on an old golf GTi urgently, came on time, the car feels great and the price was alot better than most of the garages I'd spoken to. Will be back for more work 5*****

Syed was very good despite two deliveries being the wrong part he then went to the dealership for the correct part . This lead to a delay in my car being fixed to no fault of the garage Syed put up with my constant ringing for updates in a professional manor. I was also expecting a larger bill but in the end it was only slightly higher that the original quote

I'm happy with the work from the garage. Straight forward process. Quick turnaround. Timely pickup and drop off.

The only point I would like to see improved on the part of Click Mechanic is a way for the mechanic to identify themselves when picking up the car.

Really happy with the work carried out by the garage. Unfortunately they didn’t collect my car until over 3 hours after the specified time and then didn’t have the correct part. My car had to stay in the garage overnight and didn’t get returned to me until the following evening. I appreciate this was because the wrong part had been sent to them but it was a massive inconvenience. I would however use their services again.

Bit late picking up the car but they phoned when they were on their way.

Service was then good and and the work was carried out well.
