Entirely happy - Calum phoned in advance, arrived promptly, diagnosed a very tricky problem and got the car started - still needs some further diagnosis but requires a Ford dealership .. but he did as much as he could.

Mark charged me £100 more because he told me that the click mechanic water pump wasn't good for my car and I need an electric one

Russell and his team were excellent. They managed to bring my appointment forward which was a great help to me. They arrived and started the work straight away. They kept me informed all day on how the job was going and identified some a couple of issues which they manage to rectify on the day. They also identified an ABS issue that the main dealer charged me £600 to fix but never did so I have booked him again for later this week at a fraction of the cost. The team were extremely friendly and new exactly what they were doing and the price was more than fair. My van drives like a new van now which is amazing as I had the clutch replaced 3 years ago and it never felt right. I highly recommend Russ and will be using him from now on.

Ruislip services did all they could to accommodate me . The only problem was that the parts need ie a clutch costing £161 or their sbouts did not exist and a kit costing £ 420 was the only choice. Plus this had to be delivered outside the usual suppliers. Luckily it came On monday and Ahmed and his team got right on it . Informing me and sen ding a video as the car was reassembled. . So . Once Again. Garages and unwary customers are cought out by not getting the items in hand before starting work . That said. All praise to the team at Ruislip services . Ted

Russ was great, he contacted me before the date and confirmed a time. He then arrived on time on said date, took the car after discussing the issues and let me know how long he will likely be. He then called me to confirm the work had been done (clutch replacement) and when I called him back a few hours later to confirm what time it will return, he was happy to work around me.

Jonathan was excellent. The wing mirror replacement was initially incorrectly priced and the correct item then unavailable. He addressed these issues, keeping me informed throughout, and still arrived on time. He carried out the replacement professionally, maintaining a cheery attitude throughout.
