24 hours from picking up to dropping off. Very pleased as the job was a difficult 6 1/2 hour job. So pleased to get the car back the day after, considering it was weekend. Driven 200 miles since repair and car feels perfect. Would definitely recommend.

This the second MOT and full Sevice carried out by Click Mechanic. Mechanic communicated time of arrival and progress of work, result of MOT. However, the report given regarding service does not match the work carried out. I have paid for a full Sevice but the mechanic does not appear to have updated the car service records or the work reported has not taken place because I’m getting notifications regarding service required and brake fluid requiring attention. When I had a full service before when these items were completed the car records were completed and updated. The car is communicating that this work has not been done. Can you explain how this can be rectified? This is making me anxious and I have a long journey planned at the weekend.
