Had a phone call to say the vehicle would have to be recovered, apparently it was a bumper off job to replace the water pump - After arguing with them it wasn’t and there is plenty of room in the engine bay - They came out and realised it wasn’t - Apparently they were looking at the wrong car??? Parked on my neighbours drive despite me asking them not too?! Charged a priority fee although it didn’t apply as it was 2+ days after booking Charged £15 for a 500ml top up of coolant then told me to top it up with water Overall a very bad experience

Came down from Inverness & rear coil spring broke when we arrived in Glasgow. Darren provided a 10/10 service, coming to where we were staying and replaced the broken parts on the same day. He was incredibly friendly/helpful, and gave a service better than a lot of garages would.
