Rob was the best mechanic I've had on this system yet. He called me prior to visiting the car to see what else I wanted to know about the vehicle. He was adaptable on-site and got on with the seller well. It was a very impressive service and made buying the car 'not in person' seriously easy. He also called me after to flesh out the report and 100% understood what i needed from the car and inspection.

On the day he arrived as agreed, was in contact during the day as needed and returned the car MOT-ed and serviced by the evening. Joanne was excellent. I had been struggling to understand a problem with the temperature gauge on my car, and the mechanic solved it very quickly during a diagnostics check. He also identified a separate problem with the engine - which I will look at. I am happy with his work.

He's kept in touch with me since to ensure I get everything done correctly which has been very helpful, especially for someone that knows nothing about car mechanics.
