Maz did a great job checking over a van for me! I wasn't local so couldn't see it myself, but Maz was able to check it over, and spotted some evidence that suggested the mileage may have been tampered with. Very useful service!

I had booked a 12-2 slot. At 14:15 still no one had arrived, I attempted ringing the number provided three times with no answer, I wrote messages on click mechanic to try and get a response and than rang the garage it self who gave me a number (which I already had) I rang it again and someone answered at 14:20 who answered the mechanic was just finishing up at a previous job and would be with me within the hour, 15:20 and still no one was here, I waited until 16:00 and rang again to be told the mechanic had only just finished at previous job and would be with me at 16:30. The mechanic arrived at 16:45, I greeted him outside, he didn’t introduce himself to me, said he was here to do my brake discs and pads, I offered him a tea or coffee to which he declined and I left him to carry out the repair. Around 17:30 he rang on the door bell to say he had finished, he asked who had said I needed the repair and I explained. He informed me the brake pads didn’t need replacing so he didn’t replace them. I received an email saying the work had been completed and I had been charged the whole price quoted. I found my experience with this company disgusting. There was no communication. I’ve been charged for work that hasn’t been done. Will never use again.

Danny was very polite. He explained what he was going to do, what he might have to remove etc. He also noticed a slight oil leak that might need attention in the future.

Andrezj was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He was on time for the job, quick and spot on in understanding the problem and offered every flexibility in returning the same day (with replacement parts) to do the job that turned out to relatively different than the one thought by me to start with. Andrezj is a very reliable and competent person.

Mechanic was friendly and in time I had brake pads and discs replaced so can’t see if it was a good job !

Great service from both Muhammad and his colleague Evgenei. They greeted me exactly at the time we had agreed and could not have been any politer. They allowed me to watch every bit of the process. The job wasn't as straightforward as first thought, but they came up with solutions that suited me. The garage was as you would imagine a garage looked like (with toilet access if needed whilst you wait). Highly recommended and hope to use them again.

After the initial repair another fault came to light that had occurred while the car was being fixed. The mechanics were immediately on it to get it fixed and back to me asap. Great service and will be using again.

Jan was superb. Arrived very promptly, assessed the issue professionally and got on with the work despite it being a really cold morning with frost on the ground. He kept me informed of the progress and fixed my car without any fuss.
