Andy was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable my car has had a fault for over 4 months and a bmw dealer in Bristol cancelled my appointments three times and that was just for diagnosis. Andy has been able to go from Diagnosis to fixed in just over a week. I would have no problems in using him again if I needed and certainly recommend to friends, family and anyone reading this.
