I really valued the honest advice I was given. I was looking to buy a car which was some distance from me. It was easy to find a local mechanic And arrange the inspection. Luke was very professional with good communication and gave me an honest appraisal of the car which I then declined to buy and saved myself a long trip. Would use again and recommend.

Dragos was fantastic, communication before hand was great especially as we changed the original day to have the work done and was then very punctual on the day. He worked quickly and efficiently and then showed me the work done when finished, even went for a little drive to check the car when finished. Would highly recommend him

Isaac is a great guy, he kept me up to date via phone calls as to his arrival. We discussed the issue with my car in depth before he arrived. I was all out if ideas how to sort my car out. He was prompt, professional but also personable. He analysed my car and after less than an hour he advised me on the solution and not only what part I needed but also when I asked, which reputed website he recommended. I am am very happy with the service and I am confident my car will be back up to speed very soon.

The man who picked the car up was friendly, the mechanic on the phone was quiet pushy, when I had a 2nd opinion on the work that needed doing only one of the things needed replacing at a cost of £400 not £1100 I was quoted from the click mechanic garage. I feel let down and won't be using click mechanic again.
