very friendly and efficient, has was late for the appointment but did what i expected him to do given the vagaries of diagnosing a Mercedes . No fault of the mechanic but it turns out that running a diagnostic on a Mercedes is not particularly helpful because it is not recognised by Mercedes. This might be a useful caveat to pass on the the customer. I think i know what the fault is, with help from the mechanic, but it has not got me much further.

Jamie was brilliant!! He phoned ahead to ask if I was available earlier (which I was) so arrived promptly and got the job done very quickly and efficiently!! Took it for a test run as new brakes needed bedding in to make sure they were working properly which was great 👍😀 couldn’t be happier!! Thanks Jamie J.w

John did a great job replacing my timing belt and water pump in my XC70. He arrived on time, was neat and tidy and completed the job within the expected time. There was one minor issue which he resolved immediately when I raised it. happy to use John again.

Ryan was spectacular. He collected my car Friday, fixed it Monday and had it back to me before 2pm. He called me to let me know that my CV boot replacement needed happening since he was already doing my clutch. Very friendly and chatty.
